How personalisation works

Once you have placed your order, send us your company logo along with the company information you would like displayed on the front and back covers of the books. You can view examples of our personalised books in the Personalised Books image gallery on the FOFATO website.

Our design team will create a bespoke cover using your logo and brand colours to ensure the books reflect your company’s identity. We will then send you a digital proof for approval. You are welcome to request any changes before confirming that you are happy for the books to be printed.

Print schedule & delivery

We operate a monthly print run for all personalised book orders. Orders received between one print deadline and the next are grouped together. The deadline for each month’s print run is the last Friday of the month. Once the deadline has passed, all approved orders are sent to our printers.

The printed books are typically delivered around the middle of the following month. Example: if you place your order and approve your artwork before the last Friday in July, your books will usually be delivered around the middle of August.
