I sent letters to NCMA, PLA and the Early Years Section of the Department for Children, Schools and Families unfortunately with the usual negative responses. This consists of a draft revision of the Approved Code of Practice and Guidance (L74) and a draft revision of A Guide for Training Organisations. I have been asked by HSE to collate the views of FOFATO members by 8th February 2008.
