I have received a letter from Dr Mark Woods (HSE) inviting FOFATO to be one of the main consultees in relation to the revised (draft) guidance for First Aiders in the workplace. This consists of a draft revision of the Approved Code of Practice and Guidance (L74) and a draft revision of A Guide for Training Organisations. I have been asked by HSE to collate the views of FOFATO members by 8th February 2008. (THE DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN CIRCULATED TO ALL FOFATO MEMBERS)
